Do you accept PayPal or any other methods of payment?
Scent only accepts credit cards and debit cards over the net.  We can on occasion accept Paypal over the phone if you need to place an order with this method.

 

How can I receive free shipping on perfume?
We do not offer free shipping at this time but we do offer a very competitive discounted rate of 2.99 on all orders.

 

How soon will my order ship?
This depends on the products order. If the product is made to order as Demeter Fragrance Library is then it may take up to 4-5 business days to make the product and then an additional 2-3 business days to ship. On most orders shipment takes place within 3 business days. 

 

I did not receive my Confirmation Email. 
We received your order if you saw a message at the end of the checkout process that said "Thank You for Your Scent.net Order”.  If you are concerned about whether or not we received your order, please email us at info@scent.net or call us at 1-888-777-0815.

 

What if I do not like the item I purchased? 
If you are unhappy with your selection, you are welcome to exchange or return your purchased item(s).  All returns must include their original packaging and tags.  You are responsible for getting your unwanted items back to us. Please see our customer service page for more detailed info.
