Do you accept PayPal or any other methods of payment?
We only accepts credit cards and debit cards over the web. We can on occasion accept Paypal over the phone or via email if you need to place an order with this method. If you are interested in placing an order with paypal please email questions@scent.net with the order details.
How can I receive free shipping on perfume?
We do not offer free shipping at this time.
How soon will my order ship?
This depends on the products ordered. Demeter Fragrance Library orders can take some time as they are generally made to order. These made to order items generally take up to 4-5 business days to make the product and then an additional 2-3 business days to ship. On most orders which we have in stock, shipment takes place within 1-2 business days.
I did not receive my Confirmation Email.
We received your order if you saw a message at the end of the checkout process that said "Thank You for Your Scent.net Order”. If you are concerned about whether or not we received your order, please email us at info@scent.net or call us at 602-456-9898. (Emailing us is most efficient.) You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number when your item ships.
What if I do not like the item I purchased?
If you are unhappy with your selection, you are welcome to exchange or return your purchased item(s). All returns must include their original packaging and tags. You are responsible for getting your unwanted items back to us. Please see our customer service page for more detailed info.
Does the Demeter Fragrance line test on animals?
No, Demeter Fragrances are not tested on animals. We at Scent have a commitment to only selling products that are not tested on animals.
Are the Demeter products Natural?
Demeter strives to use the highest degree of natural ingredients as possible. All products are made in the U.S.A. with essential oils. The percentage of natural vs. artificial ingredients depends on the individual scent. With all of their products, Demeter uses no artificial colors, no binders, and no emulsifiers. We also carry Demeter\'s one hundrend percent organic product line. At Scent we mail your product in a small discreet package with as little throw away material as possible.
